Independent research firm cites Torry Harris as a key vendor providing API Strategy and Delivery services

Bristol, United Kingdom, 30 May 2016: Torry Harris, an IT services and solutions provider specializing in SOA/API strategy, cloud integration, mobility and digital enablement services, has been cited by Forrester Research as a vendor specializing in APIs and Integration.

The report, entitled “Vendor Landscape: API Strategy and Delivery Service Providers” and written by Randy Heffner on April 19, 2016, reads, “Torry Harris has a long history of specializing in SOA deployments, which it has extended into API strategy and implementation services. Although Torry Harris has its own API platform and tooling, API-o-Blocks, it also implements several vendors’ API management solutions.”

The report further adds, “Torry Harris sees APIs as a way to enable one’s business to serve as a platform for ecosystem innovation, which then forms a foundation for defining an API strategy that covers governance, life-cycle management, development, testing, and operation of APIs. The firm includes hackathons, monetization strategy, organizational structure, and platform definition within its API service capabilities.”
